Reservation / Cancellation Policies
Reservation Policy: At the date of booking, your credit card will be charged for 50% of your stay. The remainder of the cost of your stay will be charged 8 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, any amount for the cancelled stay that has already been charged to your card will go towards your next stay at Sonora Farmstead Properties. It is not refundable. There is no expiration date.
